- Carriers: We ship via USPS and UPS to ensure reliable delivery.
- Domestic Shipping: Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Local Delivery: If you’re within 25 miles of our studio, you may select local delivery at checkout. We’ll notify you when your order is ready.
- International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the United States.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order is on its way.
RETURN POLICY
- Eligibility: We accept returns of unused candles in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.
- Process: To initiate a return, email us at hello@littleloafcandleco.com or the contact form on this page, with your order number.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Exchanges: If you’d like to swap for a different scent, we’re happy to accommodate — just let us know in your return request.
- Non‑Returnable Items: Custom orders, gift sets, and sale items are final sale.
- Damaged or incorrect orders: If your candle arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
